If the order arrives at the destination country and...
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
Sole Collective reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to one of our 4 fulfillment centers where we will ship your item(s) within 2-3 business days. Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

We use trusted brands in the marketplace that are known for their quality, durability and great fit. Our preferred garment suppliers include American Apparel, Gildan, Hanes, Bella, and Port & Company.
If you don’t love your apparel, we’ll take it back! All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will reship any flawed apparel, free of charge.
