WHAT IS SOLE COLLECTIVE?

WHERE DO YOU SHIP? WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

We ship worldwide with a tracking number!

All items in store take up to 10 business days to process. Be sure to add processing time to your shipping time estimates.

Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates. Most orders arrive in less time than indicated.

WHAT'S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Sole Collective is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. Sole Collective will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at the destination country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

Sole Collective reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Order Tracking page. After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to one of our 4 fulfillment centers where we will ship your item(s) within 2-3 business days. Above are our expected shipping times based on your location.

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

Sole Collective successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply choose your style from the dropdown menu on the product page then click the “ADD TO CART” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL... WHAT'S GOING ON?

Kindly check your Spam or Junk folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you are still unable to find it please shoot us a line under the "Contact Us" section of our site.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS. WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?

Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

Sole Collective is an online retailer of locally and globally-sourced products with custom designed crowd-sourced apparel. All apparel are custom printed and shipped directly to you.

WHICH CLOTHING BRANDS DOES SOLE COLLECTIVE USE?

We use trusted brands in the marketplace that are known for their quality, durability and great fit. Our preferred garment suppliers include American Apparel, Gildan, Hanes, Bella, and Port & Company.

DOES SOLE COLLECTIVE OFFER A QUALITY GUARANTEE ON THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS?

If you don’t love your apparel, we’ll take it back! All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will reship any flawed apparel, free of charge.
